As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your day-to-day tasks will include:

• Directly working with a caseload of clients who experience significant mental health challenges, conducting assessments, and providing individualized therapy, both in group settings and one-on-one.
• Developing and implementing integrated care plans that address the unique needs of each client and coordinating with family members and other service providers to facilitate comprehensive care.
• Conducting brief, evidence-based assessments to determine client needs and pathways for treatment.
• Providing crisis intervention and support to clients during urgent situations, working collaboratively with other health professionals.
• Creating a safe therapeutic environment by observing safety protocols, identifying hazards, and implementing measures to protect client well-being.
• Ensuring meticulous documentation and timely submission of progress notes, treatment reports, and data for evaluations.
• Participating in team meetings and quality improvement committees to enhance service delivery and client outcomes.
• Offering ongoing support and educational resources to clients and their families throughout the treatment process.
• Engaging with diverse populations, demonstrating cultural competence and sensitivity in all interactions.

• Bachelor's Degree in Social Work or a related field.
• A minimum of two years’ experience working in a clinical setting with populations experiencing mental health challenges.
• Licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Nevada.
• Extensive knowledge of assessment, diagnosis, and therapeutic techniques related to mental health treatment.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively share insights and connect with clients and team members.
• Proficient in using electronic health records (EHR) systems for documentation and client management.

• Expertise in crisis management and interventions tailored to high-risk populations.
• Experience in working with diverse populations and understanding of cultural humility.
• Familiarity with integrated care models and multidisciplinary collaboration.

This full-time position offers a competitive annual salary range of USD 70,000 – 85,000, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, retirement savings options, and generous paid time off.
