About Us
We are a rapidly growing remote care management organization transforming how healthcare providers connect with, monitor, and support patients outside the traditional care setting. We deliver innovative programs, technology, and partnerships that improve outcomes, close gaps in care, support quality performance, and drive operational efficiency for healthcare organizations.
Our solutions support providers, practices, health systems, value-based organizations, and other healthcare stakeholders through programs such as Chronic Care Management, Principal Care Management, Remote Patient Monitoring, Behavioral Health Integration, gap closure, and digital population health.
The Opportunity
We are seeking a strategic and execution-oriented Marketing Manager to lead marketing initiatives that increase brand awareness, generate qualified leads, support sales growth, and strengthen our position in the Virtual Care Management market.
This role will work closely with sales, executive leadership, operations, product, and client success teams to develop compelling messaging, campaigns, collateral, and market-facing content. The ideal candidate understands the healthcare landscape, can translate complex clinical and operational value propositions into clear market messaging, and has experience supporting B2B growth in remote care, virtual care, or value-based care environments.

• Develop and execute marketing strategies that support revenue growth, brand awareness, lead generation, and client engagement.
• Create compelling messaging and positioning for Virtual Care Management, Remote Care Management, CCM, PCM, RPM, BHI, quality improvement, gap closure, and value-based care solutions.
• Partner closely with sales leadership to develop campaigns that generate qualified leads and support robust pipeline development.
• Build and manage marketing campaigns across email, digital channels, social media, webinars, industry events, and targeted account-based marketing initiatives.
• Develop high-quality sales and marketing collateral, including one-pagers, case studies, presentations, email campaigns, website content, white papers, conference materials, and executive-facing messaging.
• Collaborate with sales executives and SDRs to refine outreach messaging, call scripts, nurture campaigns, and prospect education materials.
• Manage and optimize HubSpot or similar CRM/marketing automation tools to support campaign execution, lead tracking, segmentation, reporting, and sales handoff.
• Monitor healthcare market trends, competitor activity, reimbursement changes, CMS programs, value-based care developments, and industry news to inform marketing strategy.
• Support conference, trade show, webinar, and event planning, including pre-event outreach, messaging, booth materials, follow-up campaigns, and post-event lead nurturing.
• Develop content that clearly communicates ROI, clinical value, operational efficiency, quality improvement, patient engagement, and provider enablement.
• Work cross-functionally with operations and client success to identify client outcomes, proof points, testimonials, and performance metrics that can be translated into market-facing materials.
• Maintain brand consistency across all external communications, presentations, proposals, digital assets, and sales enablement tools.
• Analyze campaign performance and provide recommendations to improve lead quality, conversion rates, engagement, and marketing ROI.
• Help build scalable marketing processes, content libraries, and campaign workflows that support company growth.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, healthcare administration, or related field.
• 4-7 years of marketing experience, preferably in HealthTech, healthcare services, digital health, virtual care, remote care management, population health, or value-based care.
• Experience marketing to healthcare providers, physician groups, health systems, MSOs, ACOs, CINs, payers, or value-based care organizations strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with Remote Care Management programs such as CCM, PCM, RPM, BHI, TCM, quality gap closure, care coordination, or digital population health.
• Strong ability to translate complex healthcare services, technology, reimbursement models, and operational workflows into clear, compelling messaging.
• Proven experience creating B2B marketing campaigns that support lead generation, pipeline development, and sales enablement.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong content development skills, including presentations, email campaigns, website copy, sales collateral, case studies, and thought leadership materials.
• Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM and marketing automation platforms.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong project management, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of HIPAA, healthcare privacy considerations, and professional communication standards preferred.
Ideal Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate is a healthcare marketing professional who understands how providers, practices, and healthcare organizations evaluate solutions. They can connect clinical outcomes, financial performance, quality improvement, and operational efficiency into a clear and persuasive market narrative.
This person should be comfortable working in an entrepreneurial environment, building marketing infrastructure, supporting sales execution, and helping the company sharpen its voice in a competitive and evolving healthcare market.
