Job description

Position: Creative Director (UX/UI Leadership) – Contractor

Location: Remote but must be local to the DC, Maryland, Delaware, or Virginia area

Assignment Type: 3 – 6 Months Contract (with option to extend or convert to FTE)

Work Hours: M-F (full-time 40 hours)

Target Pay Rate: $50 - $60/hr

Benefits: This job is eligible for medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) after 60 days

Work Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the United States. This position is not eligible for sponsorship

 

About the Role: A leading digital agency is seeking a Creative Director to lead brand, UX/UI, and digital product design across software-driven client engagements. This role partners with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-quality digital experiences while advancing modern, AI-enabled creative workflows.
