This role is set in a remote work environment, enabling flexibility and work-life harmony. You will engage with clients through telehealth platforms, ensuring you can deliver counseling services without geographical limitations. Our outpatient model fosters teamwork among clinicians and promotes a culture centered on collaboration, creativity, and professional growth.

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of clients to assess mental health conditions, crafting detailed treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
• Maintain full-time clinician status by managing a minimum caseload of 27 client visits weekly, utilizing telehealth methods effectively.
• Work alongside a collaborative team of professionals to enhance the community's mental health resources, ensuring that services align with community needs.
• Implement creative and evidence-based interventions to guide clients in achieving their therapeutic goals.
• Document all therapy sessions meticulously, following company policies regarding assessment notes, treatment plans, and case reviews.
• Coordinate with case managers, families, medical personnel, and educational staff to provide a comprehensive approach to client care.
• Participate actively in clinical staff meetings, training sessions, and team-building events to foster a supportive workplace culture.

Your work will primarily focus on a diverse client population, including children, adolescents, and families seeking support for various mental health challenges. • A Master's degree in a behavioral science or related field from an accredited institution is required.
• Possession of a current LMFT license is essential, demonstrating your qualifications to provide therapeutic services.
• Experience in completing clinical documentation, including assessments and treatment plans is necessary for effective practice.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are needed to create a transparent and collaborative environment with clients and colleagues.
• Demonstrated ability to set and maintain appropriate boundaries with clients, ensuring a professional and therapeutic relationship.
• Familiarity with working with a variety of clients, showcasing cultural competence and adaptability.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and the use of Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems, with Valant experience being highly regarded.
• Successful completion of a background check is mandatory prior to hiring.

• Prior experience with telehealth modalities is preferred, allowing for seamless adaptation to virtual therapy sessions.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic approaches to enhance treatment effectiveness.
• Engagement in continued education or specialized training in mental health techniques relevant to diverse populations.

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $80,000 to $105,000, accompanied by a sign-on bonus. In addition, our compensation package includes:
