• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to diagnose mental health conditions, creating and implementing individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's needs.
• Maintain a dynamic caseload of 25-30 clients per week, providing consistent therapy sessions and interventions.
• Document all client interactions meticulously, including treatment plans, clinical notes, and case reviews in compliance with company policies.
• Utilize innovative therapeutic techniques and creative interventions to help clients achieve their personal goals and enhance their coping skills.
• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, including case managers, medical professionals, and educational staff, to coordinate holistic services for clients.
• Provide high-quality customer service, demonstrating compassion and understanding, while helping bridge gaps in mental health care delivery within the community.

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families facing various mental health challenges. • A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field from an accredited program.
• A valid and active state license to practice as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist.

• Proficient communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and a diverse team.
• Capability to model appropriate boundaries with clients and to demonstrate professional integrity in all interactions.
• Experience working with diverse populations and a commitment to cultural competence within therapeutic practice.
• Flexibility in adapting to various therapeutic modalities based on client preferences and needs.

• Previous experience in providing therapy in a correctional setting or with clients facing addiction issues is highly preferred.
• Experience utilizing telehealth platforms and technology to facilitate remote counseling.
• Familiarity with community resources and referral options within the Tampa area.

• Annual salary range of USD 90,000 to 110,000 based on qualifications and experience.
