• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' emotional, behavioral, and cognitive health, ensuring accurate clinical summaries that guide treatment.
• Create and implement structured, individualized treatment plans with measurable goals tailored to each client’s needs, utilizing evidence-based practices and therapeutic frameworks.
• Document clinical progress meticulously, employing electronic health records (EHR) systems to maintain compliance, ensure data security, and improve client outcomes.
• Monitor clients’ treatment progress regularly, adjusting plans as necessary to fit their evolving needs and establishing effective communication with other healthcare professionals involved in their care.
• Build meaningful, therapeutic relationships with clients, fostering a supportive environment conducive to healing and personal growth.

This role primarily focuses on serving individuals experiencing mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Our clients come from diverse backgrounds, and you will work with both adults and adolescents in various circumstances. The flexibility of telehealth allows you to reach clients in rural or underserved areas, significantly impacting their access to care.

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field.
• Must hold an active Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) license in California.
• A minimum of 2 years of counseling experience is required, demonstrating proficiency in therapeutic interventions.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, particularly in a virtual setting, to facilitate effective interactions with clients and colleagues.
• Proficient in telehealth technologies and EHR systems to deliver remote services effectively.

• Experience with teletherapy and familiarity with various telehealth platforms.
• Background in working with diverse populations and an understanding of cultural competency in mental health.
• Ability to develop and implement creative, client-centered therapeutic strategies.
