Work Environment

As a fully remote position, you will engage in telehealth sessions with clients across Ventura, California. Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on comprehensive mental health evaluations, tailoring approaches to the specific developmental stages and family dynamics of each client.
  • Utilize creative and evidence-based interventions to facilitate client progress, helping them to achieve and surpass their therapeutic goals.
  • Maintain meticulous documentation of each session, adhering to company guidelines and protocol for ongoing case management.
  • Coordinate care effectively with case managers, family members, and other healthcare and educational personnel to ensure holistic support for clients.
  • Actively participate in clinical staff meetings and training sessions to continuously enhance your skills and contribute to team culture.
  • Evaluate client progress regularly, revising treatment plans as necessary and completing thorough documentation including case notes and treatment plan reviews.
  • Engage in proactive collaboration with colleagues to advance the mission of providing exemplary mental health services.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
