This position is fully remote, allowing for flexibility in your work schedule. Counselors will engage with clients through telehealth platforms and have regular communication with team members through virtual meetings. The team operates Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, encouraging a work-life balance that supports both professional and personal well-being.

• Conduct thorough mental health evaluations to establish accurate diagnoses, collaborating with clients to develop tailored treatment plans that align with their unique needs and goals.
• Ensure meticulous and timely documentation of client interactions, including progress notes and treatment plan updates, adhering to All Health's policy and best practices.
• Provide high-quality customer service by fostering positive relationships with clients, ensuring a welcoming and supportive therapeutic environment.
• Collaborate actively with a diverse team of professionals, including case managers, medical personnel, and educational staff, to provide holistic support to clients.
• Utilize innovative and creative therapeutic interventions to assist clients in achieving their mental health objectives, adapting approaches as necessary to enhance effectiveness.
• Engage in regular clinical supervision and training sessions to continuously develop skills and stay updated on industry best practices.
• Participate enthusiastically in team meetings and contribute to service improvement initiatives as a valued member of the counseling team.

In this role, you will work with a diverse client base comprising individuals across various age groups and backgrounds, including children, adolescents, and adults facing a range of mental health challenges. Our clients often deal with conditions such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and adjustment disorders. Your role will be crucial in providing evidence-based approaches to help them navigate their challenges and improve their overall well-being.

• A master’s degree in behavioral sciences or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Active and valid clinical licensure as a LPC in the state of Virginia.
• Proficient in effective written and verbal communication, demonstrating the ability to engage meaningfully with clients and colleagues.
• A commitment to maintaining appropriate boundaries with clients and a stable therapeutic relationship.
• Strong organizational skills and proficiency in managing documentation and timely submissions on client progress.
• Experience working with a diverse client population, demonstrating cultural competence and sensitivity.

• A minimum of two years of professional experience in a mental health counseling role, ideally within an outpatient setting.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and telehealth platforms.
• Previous experience in developing and implementing creative therapeutic interventions.
