Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, your role will encompass a variety of responsibilities aimed at supporting our clients on their mental health journeys:

  • Conduct thorough mental health evaluations to diagnose clients' psychological needs, followed by a collaborative creation and implementation of personalized treatment plans.
  • Maintain comprehensive and accurate documentation of client sessions, including ongoing assessments, treatment plan modifications, and case notes, in adherence to company policy.
  • Deliver exceptional client service while fostering a therapeutic alliance, ensuring a safe and empathetic space for individuals to explore their mental health challenges.
  • Partner closely with a diverse clinical team and engage in interdisciplinary collaboration, working with case managers, healthcare providers, and educational staff when necessary.
  • Utilize creative therapeutic interventions tailored to each client's unique needs, encouraging them to reach and exceed their mental health goals.
  • Actively participate in regular clinical staff meetings and training sessions to stay updated on best practices and foster professional development.
