Your responsibilities will encompass a variety of tasks aimed at promoting the mental well-being of your clients:

• Comprehensively evaluate mental health diagnoses, develop and implement effective treatment plans tailored to individual client needs, and maintain ongoing documentation, including progress updates and reviews, in line with organizational policies.

• Maintain a caseload of 25-30 client visits per week, offering timely and effective interventions to help each client meet their therapeutic goals.

• Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere while collaborating with your team to further our mission of enhancing community mental health services.

• Utilize creative therapeutic approaches and evidence-based interventions to inspire clients to exceed their identified goals.

• Prepare detailed documentation for each therapy session according to company protocols and standards, including progress notes and treatment reviews.

• Facilitate coordination of services by communicating with case managers, families, medical personnel, and local school staff to provide comprehensive support to clients.

You will work with a diverse client base that includes children, adolescents, couples, and families seeking support for a range of mental health challenges. To be successful in this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• Hold a Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy (MFT) from an accredited institution.
