• Complete initial intake paperwork, including biopsychosocial assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and the development of initial treatment plans tailored to client needs.
• Deliver high-quality clinical services through innovative therapeutic techniques and creative interventions, ensuring that client goals are not only met but exceeded.
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation, such as progress notes, treatment plan revisions, and assessments, adhering to Senua’s protocols and HIPAA regulations.
• Facilitate collaborations with families, community organizations, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive support for clients.
• Provide ongoing assessment and re-evaluation of diagnosis as necessary, adjusting treatment plans in alignment with each client's progression.
• Engage fully in continuous professional development by attending clinical staff meetings, supervision sessions, and training initiatives.
• Maintain compliance with all licensing requirements, ensuring that your registration remains active while you work towards full licensure.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with a broad spectrum of clients, including individuals, couples, and families from various backgrounds and demographics.
