Brightpath Treatment & Health Counseling Services, LLC is actively seeking a passionate and dedicated Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our innovative team. This full-time remote position offers a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $105,000 annually, allowing you to balance your professional commitments with personal well-being while working from the comfort of your own home.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough intake evaluations for new clients to assess their unique mental health needs and develop tailored treatment plans.
  • Provide individualized counseling sessions, utilizing evidence-based therapies to address issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and executive functioning challenges.
  • Optionally facilitate group, couples, or family therapy sessions to enhance support systems and foster communal healing.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed medical documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations, ensuring the highest standards of care.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including primary care providers, to develop comprehensive strategies that address the behavioral, physical, and psychosocial needs of our patients.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clientele includes individuals experiencing a wide range of mental health conditions, particularly focusing on those with difficulties related to attention, executive functioning, and emotional challenges such as anxiety and depression. As an LPC, your role will be integral in helping these individuals navigate their unique struggles and promoting their overall well-being.

Qualifications
  • A Master’s degree in Counseling or a related field with a focus on mental health.
  • A current and active Oregon LPC license, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting.
