The remote nature of this role allows for maximum flexibility, enabling you to work from home while engaging with our clients through secure telehealth platforms. We balance independent work with regular team meetings and collaborative sessions to ensure that all staff members are aligned with organizational goals and best practices. Our outpatient approach prioritizes accessibility and quality care, allowing you to directly engage with individuals and families in need.

• Conduct thorough intake evaluations for new clients to assess their unique mental health needs and develop tailored treatment plans.
• Provide individualized counseling sessions, utilizing evidence-based therapies to address issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and executive functioning challenges.
• Optionally facilitate group, couples, or family therapy sessions to enhance support systems and foster communal healing.
• Maintain accurate and detailed medical documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations, ensuring the highest standards of care.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including primary care providers, to develop comprehensive strategies that address the behavioral, physical, and psychosocial needs of our patients.

Our clientele includes individuals experiencing a wide range of mental health conditions, particularly focusing on those with difficulties related to attention, executive functioning, and emotional challenges such as anxiety and depression. As an LPC, your role will be integral in helping these individuals navigate their unique struggles and promoting their overall well-being.

• A Master’s degree in Counseling or a related field with a focus on mental health.
• A current and active Oregon LPC license, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting.
• Demonstrated experience providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families, with a focus on clinical assessment and intervention.
• Strong oral and written communication skills to effectively document sessions and interact with clients and team members.

• Experience in health psychology and a solid understanding of behavioral health integration.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and remote client engagement techniques.
• Previous involvement in developing or facilitating group therapy sessions.
