Micro Precision Counseling Center is seeking a dedicated and skilled Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our remote outpatient team in Salem, Oregon. As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Micro Precision Counseling Center, you will:

• Conduct thorough evaluations to establish mental health diagnoses and develop personalized treatment plans that align with client needs.
• Maintain a caseload of 25-30 client visits per week, delivering individual, family, and group therapy services as well as telehealth sessions.
• Document all client interactions accurately, including diagnosis updates, treatment plan reviews, and case notes, ensuring compliance with company policies and professional standards.
• Provide excellent customer service and collaborate with a dynamic, multidisciplinary team to enhance community mental health initiatives.
• Utilize innovative therapeutic techniques and creative interventions that empower clients to achieve and surpass their mental health goals.
• Coordinate care with case managers, families, educational institutions, and other healthcare professionals as necessary.

You will work with a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, couples, and families. Candidates must possess the following:

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field.
• A current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• Proficient knowledge of family therapy services and community resources.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, enabling you to interact successfully with clients and collaborate with team members.
• The ability to establish and uphold appropriate boundaries with clients.
• A commitment to working with a diverse population and approach each client’s situation with respect and sensitivity.
• The capacity to successfully pass a background check.

Ideal candidates will also have the following experiences:

• Previous experience in mental health documentation, including diagnostic assessments, treatment plans, and clinical case notes.
• A solid track record of working with varied client settings, particularly involving children, adolescents, and families.
• Experience in managing fee collection processes at the time of service, ensuring that clients receive transparency and clarity about their financial responsibilities.

This role offers an attractive salary range of USD $90,000 to $110,000 annually, depending on qualifications and experience. In addition, you will enjoy:
