Job description

RUN Studios and its client partner, a large online retailer headquartered in Seattle, are seeking an exceptionally talented, creative, and experienced Creative Producer for a 5-month project.

While this is a remote position, RUN Studios can only consider candidates currently residing in the following states at this time: CA, CO, FL, ID, MI, NJ, NY, OR, TX, WA.

The Creative Producer will help us bring new offerings to market—products, services, brands, and categories. In this role you are an expert at matching the right skills to deliver creative projects, and your experience and knowledge allow you to identify, communicate, and alleviate downstream challenges and inter-dependencies with partner and/or stakeholder teams.

A successful Creative Producer is comfortable engaging entry-level through executive stakeholders and working with many different types of creative professionals and creative outputs. You should possess excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate easily with a variety of peers and stakeholders such as customer research, brand strategy, content strategy, copy, project management, art direction, retail, go-to-market, event, and site merchandising. You will help bring concepts and campaigns that tell a cohesive story across product detail pages, merchandising assets, retail fixtures, and packaging to life.

As a Creative Producer, You Will

  • Bid, hire, and manage all production partners for content projects, including managing shoots (video and photo), post-production, animation, and digital.
  • Remove roadblocks to production.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for video, photography, and motion design projects, working closely with design leads, art directors and copywriters to proactively clarify requirements and use cases, actively seeking clarification when there is ambiguity.
  • Anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate and make tradeoffs, and balance business needs versus technical constraints.
  • Work with legal and business teams to secure usage rights, assess risk, and clear work for distribution.
  • Work across teams to create strong relationships with stakeholders and senior leadership teams.
  • Clearly communicate project status with stakeholders regularly.
  • Put repeatable processes in place that help the team plan and manage multiple parallel projects and run our business.
  • Create contracts, statements of work and purchase orders for production partners in adherence to company spending & transaction policy.

In This Role, You Bring

  • 5+ years of experience as a producer with experience in video/motion, print, social, and advertising.
  • 2+ years of experience leading project delivery for large cross-functional projects.
  • An online portfolio of work and the ability to demonstrate solution-creation across a range of production-related issues.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Able to identify and mitigate risk on projects.
  • Background working in a collaborative multi-disciplinary team and working directly with designers, writers, and marketing managers.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.
  • Excellent understanding of design, video, photo and motion work.

Bonus if You Have

  • Experience building/delivering consumer electronic products.
  • Experience working in ecommerce environments.
  • Extensive contacts in video/motion and photography industries.

Compensation

Pay Range: $83.00 - $95.00 (Hourly)    

The successful candidate’s pay will be based on various factors such as individual qualifications and work location.  

Benefits:

Benefits and perks may vary depending on location and nature of the work, but eligible employees have access to medical, dental, vision, life, and AD&D benefits, health savings and flexible spending accounts, other telehealth and wellness benefits, a minimum of seven paid holidays per year, accrual of at least 6.5 days (Temporary Employment) to at least 15 days (Regular Employment) of paid time off per year, a 401k plan with company match, discretionary bonuses dependent on company, team or individual performance, and referral bonuses for eligible hired referrals.
