Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive virtual assessments and screenings to gather relevant client history, including substance abuse and mental health evaluations.
  • Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions in accordance with evidence-based therapeutic methods.
  • Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary treatment team to ensure cohesive, integrated care for every client.
  • Provide education and support to clients' families, promoting their involvement in the recovery process.
  • Maintain diligent and accurate records, adhering to all regulatory standards and organizational policies.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on working with adolescents and young adults facing mental health challenges. Many of these individuals seek support due to the pressures of contemporary life, including academic stress, social isolation, and emotional trauma. Your role is vital in guiding them towards robust mental health outcomes through personalized and empathetic care.

Qualifications
  • A Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.

Compensation and Benefits

This role offers a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with your experience.
