• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of mental health diagnoses for clients, formulating and implementing tailored treatment plans in accordance with best practices and ethical guidelines.
• Maintain a balanced caseload of 25-30 client visits weekly, including individual, family, and group therapy sessions, utilizing virtual telehealth platforms to facilitate effective service delivery.
• Document ongoing assessments, treatment plan revisions, and detailed case notes following company protocols to ensure legal compliance and continuity of care.
• Provide exceptional customer service, fostering strong therapeutic alliances with clients and collaborating effectively with fellow mental health professionals to enhance community resources.
• Employ creative interventions tailored to clients’ distinct needs, supporting them in achieving and exceeding their mental health goals.
• Coordinate care with various stakeholders, including case managers, family members, and other professionals, ensuring an integrated approach to the client’s therapeutic journey.

As a Remote Marriage and Family Therapist, you will provide therapeutic services to a diverse clientele, including individuals, couples, families, children, and adolescents. You will engage with clients facing challenges related to relationships, family dynamics, emotional health, and adjustments in their life situations, contributing to their overall well-being and personal growth.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.
• A current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is mandatory for this position.
• Demonstrated proficiency in understanding family therapy services and community resources; clients’ comfort and effective fee collection must be familiar.
• Experience in completing diagnostic assessments, treatment plans, and clinical case notes is required.
• Prior experience working with children, couples, and families is essential.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to maintain appropriate therapeutic boundaries.
• Adeptness in working with a diverse population and a commitment to promoting inclusivity within therapeutic practice.
• Candidates must be able to successfully pass a background check.

• Annual salary range between $90,000 and $110,000, commensurate with education and experience.
