· Translate creative briefs and strategic objectives into compelling, visually engaging concepts

· Deliver high-quality design work with strong attention to detail and brand consistency

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams including copywriters, strategists, marketers, and creative operations from concept through final production

· Present creative ideas and concepts clearly and persuasively to internal stakeholders

· Incorporate feedback effectively and refine designs to align with business and creative objectives

· Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining deadlines and quality standards

· Contribute to creative best practices, workflow improvements, and continuous innovation initiatives

Candidates for Art Director & Designer must meet the following requirements to be considered:

· 5+ years of experience in art direction and graphic design

· Strong portfolio showcasing conceptual and multi-channel work

· Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

Pay Details: $37.46 to $37.00 per hour
