Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough client assessments to identify mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans tailored to those needs.
• Administer evidence-based therapeutic practices, utilizing innovative techniques to address various mental health challenges.
• Monitor client progress regularly and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Provide teletherapy sessions that are accessible, compassionate, and client-centered, accommodating clients' schedules and needs.
• Maintain accurate, confidential, and up-to-date client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Engage in continuous learning and professional development to enhance therapeutic skills and stay current with industry best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will primarily serve a diverse range of clients, focusing on those experiencing low-acuity mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, stress management, and relationship issues. Your ability to connect with clients from various backgrounds is essential in fostering trust and effective communication, ultimately leading to better outcomes.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.
• A valid Tennessee license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is required, and must be maintained in good standing.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in mental health counseling, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills and effective case management abilities.

Preferred Experience

Experience working in a telehealth environment and familiarity with virtual therapy tools and platforms is highly preferred. Additional certifications in trauma-informed care, cognitive-behavioral therapy, or mindfulness practices are also advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits

This role offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $90,000 to $110,000 based on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
