Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments, including biopsychosocial evaluations, to determine client needs and develop tailored treatment plans. Instigate discussions around diagnoses and condition progress.
• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation, such as treatment plans and progress notes, in adherence to our clinic’s policies and HIPAA regulations.
• Employ creative therapeutic methods and evidence-based techniques to help clients meet their mental health goals, adapting your approach based on ongoing assessment.
• Build and manage a diverse client caseload while providing clinical support, guidance, and regular consultations under the supervision of our Licensed Therapist.
• Facilitate coordination of care by collaborating with clients’ families and other professionals involved in their treatment.
• Participate actively in clinical staff meetings and individual supervision sessions to discuss strategies, share experiences, and support continuous professional development.
• Seek to destigmatize mental health challenges and involve yourself in community initiatives that align with our goal of fostering mental health awareness.
