Position Summary:

The Ready to Schedule team/Project Management identifies stagnant, delayed, or operationally complex accounts and drives them forward until they are ready to schedule for installation. This role requires strong knowledge of Salesforce and Enerflo, along with a high level of ownership, urgency, adaptability, and critical thinking.

Ready to Schedule Specialists/Project Management work across sales, operations, and customer-facing teams to investigate issues, learn new processes quickly, and resolve delays wherever they occur. The role is built for someone who is resourceful, persistent, metrics-driven, and committed to getting the job done accurately, even when the path forward is unclear.

The Ready to Schedule team/Project Management operates as an escalation layer rather than frontline support. Work is routed through Sales Support, CSM teams, or assigned directly by leadership. They also are required to work out of Salesforce/CRM queues and be subject matter experts from point of sale to installation ready. The primary objective is to eliminate operational blockers, shorten timelines from point of sale to installation, increase Ready to Schedule volume, and help maintain a healthy installation calendar.

Essential Duties:

  • Serve as the primary escalation point for complex front-of-funnel operational issues, partnering with Sales and Operations teams to identify solutions and move accounts forward.
  • Proactively review the pipeline for aging, stagnant, or at-risk projects and take ownership of resolving the issues preventing progress.
  • Communicate directly with customers to obtain required documents, clarify outstanding items, resolve concerns, and eliminate account-level blockers.
  • Act as a subject matter expert across the front-end project pipeline, helping ensure accounts are handled accurately, efficiently, and consistently.
  • Maintain clear, accurate, and detailed account documentation in Salesforce, Enerflo, and other required systems.
  • Communicate effectively across departments to coordinate next steps, maintain accountability, and move projects forward within expected timelines.
  • Identify recurring operational issues, process gaps, and trends that may affect Ready to Schedule volume or installation targets.
  • Escalate systemic issues and material risks to leadership when they are affecting performance, customer experience, or installation metrics.
  • Maintain current knowledge of lender requirements, internal processes, system changes, and operational policies.
  • Remain adaptable, coachable, and willing to learn new processes as business needs and operational requirements change.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 1-3+ years of experience in sales operations, account management, or related escalation/support role; solar or home services industry experience preferred.
  • Working knowledge of Enzy, Merdeka, Salesforce, Enerflo, or similar sales/CRM platforms is strongly preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly diagnose complex system, process, and deal-related issues.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage a high volume of escalations simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional partners and de-escalate concerns.
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and problem-solve in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and follow-through on assigned accounts.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. Regular periods of sitting or standing may be required by this position. In addition, this position requires the ability to occasionally lift office products and supplies, up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and ability to adjust focus.
