Job description

This is a remote role.
Who We Are

Marketbridge is a growth consulting and marketing firm dedicated to helping modern leaders accelerate performance with no signal loss from strategy through execution. We combine management consultancy with marketing agency expertise, all backed by marketing science, creative problem-solving, and technological know-how. Our integrated approach brings together teams, technology, data, strategies, processes, and plans to fuel sustainable revenue growth and build deeper, more resonant customer relationships. We partner with some of the world's largest and most ambitious brands, providing innovative solutions that drive commercial agility and long-term success.
Who We're Looking For
We're looking for an experienced, commercially minded Account Supervisor to join our Client Success team at Marketbridge. You'll lead client relationships and integrated B2B marketing engagements, with a strong emphasis on paid media, digital demand generation, account-based marketing (ABM), and cross-channel campaign activation for a variety of B2B clients.
This role sits at the intersection of client leadership, strategic guidance, account growth, and delivery. You will develop a deep understanding of your clients' businesses and marketing priorities, translate those needs into effective integrated solutions, and identify opportunities to expand Marketbridge's relationship and impact.
You will apply your communication skills to building and enhancing long-term client relationships, while partnering closely with Project Management and cross-functional subject matter experts to ensure programs are delivered on strategy, on scope, on time, and on budget.
The ideal candidate brings prior agency experience and is comfortable moving between senior client conversations, strategic and media discussions, commercial/account-growth opportunities, and the day-to-day decisions required to keep complex engagements moving forward.
Responsibilities
  • Own day-to-day and senior client relationships across assigned accounts, building trust through strong communication, proactive strategic guidance, and a deep understanding of client business and marketing objectives.
  • Develop strong knowledge of clients' businesses, industries, organizational structures, priorities, and marketing ecosystems in order to anticipate needs and bring forward relevant solutions.
  • Act as the client-facing leader for assigned engagements, owning client expectations, strategic alignment, decision-making, and relationship health while partnering closely with Project Management on scope, timelines, resources, dependencies, risks, and delivery.
  • Identify, shape, and help secure organic growth opportunities within existing client relationships, including expansion into new campaigns, audiences, channels, capabilities, or areas of the client organization.
  • Partner with senior Client Success and capability leaders to develop account plans that support client retention, satisfaction, revenue growth, and long-term relationship expansion.
  • Partner with Project Management to maintain clear roles and accountability across engagements: Client Success leads the client relationship, strategic context, and commercial conversation, while Project Management leads the operational delivery plan and workflow.
  • Proactively surface scope changes, delivery risks, client concerns, and resource needs, working with Project Management and capability leads to resolve issues before they impact client outcomes or account profitability.
  • Provide informed client leadership across integrated B2B media and demand-generation programs, including paid search, paid social, programmatic/display, content syndication, and other digital channels as appropriate.
  • Understand how media strategy, audience, creative, content, technology, measurement, and optimization work together, enabling effective conversations with clients and strong direction to internal specialists.
  • Partner with media, strategy, analytics, creative, marketing technology, and other specialists to translate client business objectives into integrated recommendations and executable programs.
  • Use campaign performance and business context to help guide client conversations, identify optimization or expansion opportunities, and connect marketing activity back to client objectives.

Qualifications
  • 5+ years of progressive client service/account management experience within a marketing, media, digital, or integrated agency environment, with experience independently managing complex client engagements.
  • Demonstrated experience working with B2B clients and a strong understanding of B2B buyer journeys, demand generation, integrated marketing, and performance-driven media strategies.
  • Demonstrated experience building and expanding client relationships, including identifying client needs, shaping solutions, supporting scopes/proposals, and contributing to organic account growth.
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen, with experience managing or overseeing scopes, budgets, resource considerations, and account profitability in an agency environment.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and accountable, with the ability to manage multiple client priorities and workstreams simultaneously. Proficiency with common agency collaboration/project-management platforms and Microsoft 365 tools; familiarity with media, analytics, CRM, marketing automation, and/or ABM platforms is a plus.
  • Experience with project management software and Office 365 suite of products (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).

Note: This position requires candidates to be eligible to work in the United States or Canada without visa sponsorship. Marketbridge is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
We aim to offer competitive and equitable compensation based on factors such as location, relevant experience, skills, and market benchmarks. The anticipated salary range for this role is $75,000 to $85,000.
Final compensation will be determined based on the successful candidate's qualifications, and additional flexibility may be considered for candidates whose experience and expertise significantly exceed the role's core requirements.
