Join a fast-growing, remote-first team where creativity, performance marketing, and social commerce come together to drive measurable business growth. In this role, you will lead the creative strategy for TikTok, developing high-performing content across organic posts, paid campaigns, and TikTok Shop to maximize customer acquisition and conversions. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, creators, and video specialists to transform platform insights into scalable creative systems that resonate with target audiences. This position offers the opportunity to shape an evolving social commerce strategy, experiment with innovative content formats, and make a direct impact on growth through data-driven creativity. It's an ideal opportunity for a strategic marketer who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-focused environment and is passionate about TikTok trends, storytelling, and consumer behavior.

Accountabilities
  • Own the creative strategy for TikTok across organic content, paid advertising, and TikTok Shop to drive audience growth, engagement, and revenue.
  • Research TikTok trends, creator content, competitor activity, consumer behavior, and platform insights to identify new creative opportunities and winning content formats.
  • Develop scalable creative concepts, messaging frameworks, scripts, hooks, and campaign briefs tailored to different stages of the customer journey.
  • Design and manage structured creative testing strategies, continuously evaluating performance across hooks, formats, offers, messaging, creators, and storytelling approaches.
  • Collaborate with product marketing, paid media specialists, content creators, video editors, and other stakeholders to launch, refine, and scale high-performing creative campaigns.
  • Create platform-native content strategies that balance authentic storytelling with strong commercial performance and direct-response objectives.
  • Support TikTok Shop growth by developing conversion-focused creatives that improve product discovery, customer engagement, click-through rates, and purchase intent.
  • Analyze creative performance and rapidly apply insights to optimize engagement, retention, conversion, and overall campaign effectiveness.
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience in creative strategy, performance marketing, growth marketing, or DTC content development, with significant exposure to TikTok and TikTok Shop.
  • Proven track record of developing high-performing short-form content and direct-response creative campaigns supported by a strong portfolio.
  • Deep understanding of TikTok's ecosystem, including platform trends, creator communities, paid advertising best practices, shopping behaviors, and native content formats.
  • Experience creating concepts for both organic and paid social campaigns with a strong focus on performance and audience engagement.
  • Solid knowledge of creative testing methodologies and the ability to analyze, iterate, and optimize creative assets using performance data.
  • Strong understanding of consumer psychology, storytelling, branding, video content, and conversion-focused messaging.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams in a remote environment.
  • Highly proactive, creative, analytical, and passionate about emerging social media trends, digital culture, and performance marketing.
Benefits
  • Fully remote position with the flexibility to work from Europe.
  • Opportunity to play a key role in scaling high-impact TikTok and social commerce initiatives.
  • Collaborative, fast-paced, and performance-driven international work environment.
  • High level of ownership and creative autonomy with direct influence on marketing strategy.
  • Cross-functional collaboration with experienced marketing, creative, and growth teams.
  • Professional growth opportunities within a rapidly expanding digital commerce business.
  • Dynamic culture focused on innovation, experimentation, continuous learning, and measurable impact.
