• Conduct comprehensive client assessments and develop personalized treatment plans tailored to their needs.
• Provide timely documentation that adheres to regulatory standards, including crisis plans, behavioral guidelines, and medication treatment plans.
• Utilize evidence-based screening tools as appropriate to inform treatment strategies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create and implement positive behavior support plans that enhance client outcomes.
• Serve as a liaison between clients and various service systems, including state agencies and community partners.
• Maintain effective communication channels to promote the mission and values of Pro Light Life within the community.
• Identify and establish partnerships with local, state, and federal organizations to expand resources and funding opportunities for our programs.
• Engage in ongoing professional development activities to further enhance your expertise in the mental health field.
• Participate actively in all licensing and accreditation processes to ensure compliance and quality service delivery.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Director that align with the organization’s mission.

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse set of clients including those experiencing mental health challenges, individuals in substance use recovery, people with developmental disabilities, and those with acquired brain injuries. With a commitment to person-driven care, you will be instrumental in crafting individualized treatment approaches that support clients in their journey to recovery and independence.

• A Master’s Degree in a mental health-related field is required.
• An independent LMHC license is mandatory for this position.
