• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to accurately identify the needs of patients, using interviews and assessments to inform personalized treatment plans.
• Utilize various therapeutic techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused methods, to deliver evidence-based interventions targeting individual, couple, and family dynamics.
• Develop and lead psychoeducational and support groups addressing common issues such as anxiety, depression, and trauma, providing a safe space for community support.
• Collaborate effectively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for all patients.
• Provide crisis intervention services to clients in urgent need, offering necessary assessments and immediate support.
• Educate patients about the nature of their conditions, available treatment options, and community resources to empower their path to recovery.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, including patient information and treatment progress.
• Engage in regular team meetings and professional development sessions, contributing to case consultations aimed at enhancing team approaches and knowledge-sharing.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution is required.
