• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to understand clients' mental health needs, crafting personalized treatment plans based on their unique circumstances.

As a therapist at MedCore, you will engage with a diverse population of clients facing a broad range of mental health issues, from anxiety and depression to trauma and relationship challenges. Our clients come from varying backgrounds, allowing therapists to bring their unique perspectives and experiences to the therapeutic relationship.

• A current and valid license in one of the following fields: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A Master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster rapport with clients in a virtual setting.
• Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and a strong understanding of the diverse experiences faced by clients.
• Robust organizational and time-management abilities to manage a caseload efficiently in a remote working environment.

• Experience with teletherapy platforms and remote client engagement strategies.
• Proficiency in a variety of therapeutic modalities and an understanding of evidence-based practices.
• Previous experience working with a diverse patient population and a solid understanding of cultural competency in therapy.
• Certification in a specialty area such as trauma-informed care, grief counseling, or family therapy.
