• Conduct individual counseling sessions via secure video chat, focusing on developing a strong therapeutic relationship with clients.

• Utilize a solution-oriented approach to assess and address clients' mental health concerns, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, stress, and grief.

As a remote mental health counselor, you will primarily work with stable adults exhibiting low acuity mental health needs. • A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is required.

• Possession of a valid independent license, such as Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Psychologist. Note: Limited/provisional licenses are not accepted, and candidates must have no disciplinary actions.

• Strong computer literacy to navigate counseling platforms, maintain documentation, and conduct teletherapy sessions effectively.

• Experience working in telehealth or virtual counseling environments is advantageous but not required.

• Demonstrated ability to develop treatment plans and implement evidence-based practices.
