YOUR CHALLENGE:
As the Director of Product Management, you will serve as a strategic leader responsible for shaping and executing the long-term vision for Curtiss-Wright's industrial global product portfolio. This role drives enterprise-level growth by aligning product strategy, innovation, and go-to-market execution with evolving market dynamics, customer needs, and competitive benchmarks.
You will own end-to-end product lifecycle leadership, from ideation and development through commercialization and end-of-life, while ensuring tight cross-functional integration across Product Management, Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Pricing, and Operations. With a strong focus on value creation, portfolio optimization, and scalable growth, this leader will position and sustain Curtiss-Wright as a market leader in the industrial space by accelerating adoption, expanding share, and delivering differentiated solutions across core and growth segments.

Curtiss-Wright Industrial Division, which includes the legacy brands of Arens Controls, Penny Giles, PG Drives Technology and Williams Controls, is an excellent supplier in providing components and sub-systems which enable customer specific solutions for on- and off-highway vehicles.
