Blue Yonder, a leading supply chain software company, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Client Partnerto join our Sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving Professional Services bookings and revenue and ensuring successful implementationsof Blue Yonder's solutions with several of our major customers. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who is passionate about sales, building customer relationships, helping customers achieve successful outcomes, and driving revenue.

Scope

Blue Yonder is looking for a Sr Client Partner for North America Services Salesfocusing on Supply Chain Planning Solutionswith emphasis on the CPG and/or Life Sciences industries.

The Sr Client Partner plays a pivotal role in working with Blue Yonder Customers to support SaaS Subscriptions and lead the Services Salesmotions within their assigned territories. The role's primary objectives are to position a value-based selling approach with our industry leading solutions, generating and closing qualified pipeline, and collaboratively working with Blue Yonder's Partner ecosystem, when applicable, to drive incremental growth for the company.

What you'll do
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to customers on Supply Chain Planning transformations, leveraging expertise in Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Fulfillment, Sequencing, and related planning processes. Experience supporting CPG and/or Life Sciences organizations is highly valued.
  • Own the services sales strategy for an assigned territory, partnering closely with SaaS Sales, Presales, Strategic Advisory, Customer Success, Consulting, and Product teams to drive profitable growth and successful customer outcomes.
  • Engage directly with customer stakeholders to identify business challenges, position software and services solutions, support RFP responses, and develop executive relationships that advance sales opportunities.
  • Lead discovery, scoping, and solution planning activities, including the development of implementation approaches, effort estimates, business proposals, and Statements of Work (SOWs) that accelerate customer time-to-value.
  • Position the value of Blue Yonder's services through customer workshops, presentations, and executive discussions, while negotiating services agreements and supporting successful deal closure.
  • Collaborate with partners, marketing, Customer Success, and delivery teams to generate demand, develop sales collateral and implementation assets, promote thought leadership initiatives, and support team enablement.
The ideal candidate will be

A commercially-minded supply chain professional who can sell implementation services, engage executive stakeholders, and guide customers through the full services lifecycle, with strong SCM planning expertise and exposure to CPG and/or Life Sciences environments.

What we are looking forProven Services Sales Leader
  • 15+ years of combined experience in supply chain and enterprise software, including quota-carrying sales, account management, business development, consulting, or other customer-facing commercial roles
  • 5+ years selling, positioning, or influencing implementation services for enterprise software solutions
  • Ability to lead customer conversations from initial sales engagement through implementation planning and execution
Supply Chain Planning Expertise
  • Strong Supply Chain Management (SCM) domain knowledge
  • Experience with Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Fulfillment, and/or Sequencing
  • Blue Yonder experience is preferred but not required
Industry Expertise
  • Strong preference for candidates with experience supporting CPG and/or Life Sciences customers
  • Familiarity with planning processes and business challenges common to these industries
Skills / Abilities
  • Exposure to AI/ML-driven supply chain solutions is preferred
  • Current experience in a high-growth SaaS or Cloud software company
  • Strong executive presence and ability to present to customer leadership and C-suite stakeholders
  • Demonstrated leadership and ability to influence outcomes across complex stakeholder groups
  • Strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent relationship-building skills with customers and partners
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment with competing priorities
  • Willingness to travel (25%+)

This position has a base salary range of $130,000 - $140,000, in addition to a commission component.

The salary range information provided, reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual salary will be commensurate with skills, experience, certifications or licenses and other relevant factors. In addition, this role will be eligible to participate in either the annual performance bonus or commission program, determined by the nature of the position.
