A major challenge for those in Remote CPG roles is maintaining strong client and team relationships without in-person meetings, which requires proactive communication and the effective use of collaboration tools. Remote professionals must manage their own schedules, prioritize tasks, and stay updated on market trends and consumer behavior independently. However, many organizations provide robust digital resources and regular virtual check-ins to support seamless coordination and professional development.
