Job Summary: 

As a Director of Client Sales - Consumer Health Network, you will play a critical role in accelerating growth for PatientPoint's Consumer Health Network (CHN) across OTC and consumer health brands. 

This role focuses on building strategic partnerships with leading CPG and consumer health marketers, helping them connect with health-conscious consumers in the trusted physician's office setting. You will step into a high-growth, highly visible area of the business, working closely with brand, media, and agency leaders to drive meaningful impact.

What You'll Do: 

  • Identify and unlock new business opportunities across key categories (e.g., pain, allergy, GI, women's health, VMS, etc.) This role requires a hunter mindset.  
  • Drive growth across OTC and consumer health brands by building and expanding a portfolio of client relationships  
  • Position the Consumer Health Network as a differentiated channel that delivers value at critical moments of consumer decision-making  
  • Partner with clients to integrate CHN into broader marketing and media strategies  
  • Leverage internal and external relationships to navigate complex organizations and accelerate deal progression  
  • Foster long-term partnerships that drive renewals, expansion, and enterprise-level engagement  

What We Need: 

  • 5-10 years' experience in advertising or marketing at an OTC or CPG brand, retail media or consumer health sales 
  • Proven success in business development/revenue generationwithin complex, matrixed organizations  
  • Experience working with OTC, CPG, wellness, or retail-driven categories  
  • Strong network of brand and/or agency relationships within consumer health or adjacent categories  

What You'll Need to Succeed: 

  • Strategic, consultative selling mindset; able to break through to brand marketers and translate intuition into solutions 
  • Strong storytelling skills to simplify complex concepts into clear, compelling value propositions  
  • Ability to connect brand objectives to business outcomes (e.g., trial, switching, engagement, conversion)  
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to build, shape, and scale a growing business  
  • Collaborative approach; comfortable working across teams to deliver integrated solutions  
  •  High level of curiosity, initiative, and accountability 

Base Salary Band: $115,000 - $155,719
