Job Summary
The Regional Supply Planning Manager leads end-to-end supply planning across the Latin America region. This role ensures the right balance of inventory, service, and cost by operating within the S&OP/IBP framework to translate demand plans into executable supply strategies. The position partners closely with manufacturing, sourcing, and commercial teams across LATAM to meet customer service targets while optimizing working capital.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
  • Lead regional supply planning and inventory strategy across LATAM while operating from Miramar, FL
  • Own supply inputs to the S&OP/IBP process, including scenario planning, risk identification, and trade-off recommendations
  • Develop and execute production and procurement plans aligned with capacity constraints and demand requirements
  • Partner with internal operations and global suppliers to manage capacity, mitigate disruptions, and maintain supply continuity
  • Utilize SAP IBP and S/4HANA PPDS to build and optimize detailed production and supply plans
  • Perform hands-on production planning and detailed scheduling within SAP PPDS
  • Monitor forecast consumption and adjust supply plans to align with demand trends and inventory targets
  • Drive SKU-level inventory management, including excess and obsolete mitigation strategies
  • Maintain and improve SAP master data integrity to ensure planning accuracy
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Product Development, and Operations across LATAM
  • Support successful new product launches through effective supply readiness planning
  • Track and analyze KPIs (service, inventory, plan adherence, etc.) and lead continuous improvement initiatives
  • Lead and develop a high-performing planning team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement

Education and Experience Profile
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in supply planning, production planning, or supply chain
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (required)

Required Skills
  • Advanced Excel skills (modeling, analysis, and data manipulation)
  • Hands-on experience in SAP IBP and/or S/4Hanna PPDS (Production Planning and Detailed Scheduling) preferred
  • Direct experience in production planning and scheduling
  • Experience supporting regional or multi-country operations (LATAM preferred)
  • Experience operating in an S&OP/IBP environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to translate data into action
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders
  • APICS/CPIM certification preferred
  • Experience in consumer packaged goods (CPG) or high-volume manufacturing preferred
