As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Rock Solid Counseling, you will be responsible for the following:

• Providing individual, family, and group therapy sessions tailored to address personal, psychological, and interpersonal challenges that affect clients' daily lives.
• Creating individualized treatment plans based on thorough assessments, including psychiatric diagnoses and specific treatment needs.
• Gathering pertinent bio-psycho-social information through interviews, case histories, and clinical observations.
• Utilizing evidence-based practices to analyze collected information and formulate diagnoses, treatment plans, or recommendations for referrals to specialists or facilities.
• Regularly evaluating treatment efficacy and making necessary adjustments to enhance client outcomes.

You will work with a diverse client population, including children, adolescents, adults, and families, each facing unique mental health challenges. The therapeutic approaches will focus on addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational dynamics, contributing to personal growth and enhanced well-being.

To qualify for this position, candidates must possess:

• A valid and unrestricted license as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in the state of California.
• A master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• A solid understanding of medical coding, documentation practices, and confidentiality protocols.
• The ability to thrive in a dynamic working environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Applicants should have a minimum of three years of relevant clinical experience, demonstrating a depth of knowledge in mental health interventions and a proven track record of working effectively with diverse populations.
