This remote role allows our Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to work from home while being part of a collaborative online community of mental health professionals. • Conduct in-depth individual therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to each client's unique needs.
• Provide couples therapy aimed at improving interpersonal communication, conflict resolution, and emotional intimacy.
• Engage families in therapy sessions to address dynamics and enhance relationships among family members.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that dynamically adjust based on client progress and feedback.
• Assess and diagnose various mental health disorders, including anxiety, depression, and relationship issues, to formulate effective intervention strategies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure comprehensive treatment plans and continuity of care.

Our clinician will be actively involved with a broad spectrum of patients, including individuals experiencing mental health challenges, couples seeking a stronger emotional bond, and families wanting to improve communication. As a remote therapist, you will also engage with clients from various backgrounds, cultures, and age groups, enhancing your assessment and treatment skills in a dynamic environment.

• A master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Current licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Maryland.
• Minimum of two years of clinical experience in a therapeutic setting, demonstrating proficiency in individual and family therapy.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to empathize and connect with clients.
• Self-motivated with the capability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative team environment.

• Experience with teletherapy or remote counseling platforms, ensuring a seamless and engaging client experience.
• Familiarity with evidence-based treatment modalities such as CBT, DBT, or systemic family therapy.
