Regular check-ins on the therapeutic process and strong communication skills help foster a safe, collaborative atmosphere, even in a virtual setting.

Job description

Are you a U.S.-licensed psychologist passionate about leveraging technology to provide accessible, high-quality mental health care? We are a premier telehealth platform dedicated to connecting skilled psychologists with individuals, couples, and families seeking professional support. We are seeking compassionate and autonomous professionals to join our expanding network.

Our platform is designed for practitioners who value independence and flexibility. We handle the client acquisition, so you can dedicate your energy to what you do best: fostering healing and growth. Build your ideal private practice from anywhere in the U.S., on your own terms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide High-Quality Teletherapy: Conduct evidence-based psychological services for individuals, couples, or families via a secure, HIPAA-compliant video platform, consistent with your scope of licensure and clinical expertise.
  • Maintain Compliant Clinical Records: Ensure all clinical documentation is accurate, comprehensive, and completed in a timely manner, adhering to HIPAA standards and the regulations of your licensing state(s).
  • Uphold Ethical & Legal Standards: Strictly adhere to the APA's Ethical Principles of Psychologists and Code of Conduct, all applicable state and federal laws, and best practices for telehealth confidentiality and security.
  • Manage Client Relationships: Foster a professional therapeutic environment by clearly communicating your practice policies, session fees, and scheduling directly with your clients.
  • Direct Financial Management: Independently establish your session rates, and manage all aspects of billing and payment directly with your clientele.

Requirements:

  • Education: A Doctoral degree (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) in Clinical, Counseling, or School Psychology from a program accredited by the American Psychological Association (APA).
  • Licensure: A current, unrestricted license to practice psychology independently in at least one state within the U.S. You are responsible for maintaining compliance with all inter-state telehealth laws and regulations.
  • Experience: A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience delivering psychotherapy and/or psychological assessments.
  • Telehealth Proficiency: Demonstrated competence in using secure telehealth technologies (e.g., SimplePractice, Doxy.me, Zoom for Healthcare) and experience with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems.
  • Professional Liability: Must maintain an active professional liability (malpractice) insurance policy with coverage appropriate for your practice.
  • Independent Contractor Readiness: Must be prepared to operate as an independent contractor, managing your own schedule, taxes, and business-related expenses.

Required Skills:

  • Exceptional clinical, diagnostic, and case conceptualization skills.
  • Superior interpersonal and communication skills, with an emphasis on building therapeutic rapport remotely.
  • Deep empathy, cultural humility, and unwavering professionalism.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • A strong commitment to continuous professional growth and ethical practice.

What We Offer:

  • Complete Autonomy: You are in full control. Set your own schedule, determine your caseload, and work the hours that fit your life (from 5 to 30+ hours per week).
  • Financial Control: Set your own session fees based on your expertise and market. Clients pay you directly, ensuring you retain 100% of your earnings. We take no commission.
  • Steady Stream of Referrals: Gain access to a diverse pool of clients actively seeking therapy. Our marketing efforts connect you with clients who are a good fit for your specialties, at no cost to you.
  • Work From Anywhere: Enjoy the freedom to work from your home or office, as long as you are located in a state where you are licensed to practice.
  • Focus on Clinical Excellence: We reduce your administrative burden by managing client outreach and platform technology, allowing you to concentrate on providing outstanding clinical care.
  • Free & Transparent Partnership: There are no sign-up costs, membership fees, or hidden charges. Our goal is to support your practice, not profit from it.

How to Join Our Network:

  1. Submit Your Application: Complete our online application form and create your professional profile, highlighting your qualifications, specialties, and therapeutic approach.
  2. Credential Verification: Upload your verification documents, including your doctoral degree, state license(s), and proof of liability insurance, for review by our credentialing team.
  3. Onboarding: Once verified, you will be invited to an onboarding session to familiarize yourself with the platform and best practices.
  4. Start Connecting: Set your availability and begin receiving client requests. You will manage all communications, scheduling, and payments directly.

If you are a driven, licensed psychologist ready to embrace the future of mental healthcare and build a thriving remote practice, we encourage you to apply and join our community of dedicated professionals.
