• Conduct effective remote counseling sessions with individuals, couples, and families, utilizing secure video conferencing tools.
• Perform comprehensive assessments to identify clients' mental health needs, craft personalized treatment plans, and establish measurable therapeutic goals.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions aimed at addressing emotional, psychological, and behavioral difficulties faced by clients.
• Provide immediate and effective support during crisis moments, ensuring safety and proper interventions are applied.
• Maintain meticulous client records, including progress notes and treatment plans, in accordance with legal and ethical guidelines.
• Educate clients on various mental health conditions, coping strategies, and available resources to empower them to take charge of their mental health.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and external providers to ensure comprehensive care for clients, coordinating referrals and community resources as necessary.
• Engage in continuous learning by keeping abreast of the latest developments in mental health counseling and participating in professional training sessions.

This role serves a diverse clientele across various demographics, including different age groups, cultural backgrounds, and mental health conditions. You will engage with clients facing challenges that range from anxiety and depression to complex trauma and relationship issues. • Must possess a current license as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in your state of residence.
• A Bachelor's degree in counseling or a related field is required; a Master's degree in counseling is preferred.
• At least two years of experience in counseling, with a focus on providing therapy to clients in both one-on-one and group settings.
• Previous experience in a remote counseling role or through telehealth platforms is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with clients, showcasing strong interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with telehealth technology and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards in therapy.
• Adeptness at working independently while being an active and engaged member of a remote team.

• Experience with specialized therapy modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), is advantageous.
• Previous involvement in crisis intervention or crisis management can be beneficial.
• Experience in community outreach or treatment coordination may also be a plus.

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
