• Conduct thorough intake assessments and screenings to identify the mental health needs of clients, tailoring treatment options that best address their specific challenges.
• Facilitate short-term individual counseling sessions, employing evidence-based methodologies and brief therapy models to effectively assist clients facing various emotional and psychological issues.
• Provide crisis intervention services to clients experiencing acute distress, ensuring timely support and resources are made available.
• Lead and organize therapy groups and workshops focusing on topics such as stress management, coping strategies, and personal development, thereby fostering community engagement and connection.
• Collaborate closely with multi-disciplinary teams, including case managers and medical professionals, to ensure comprehensive support for each client’s mental and emotional health needs.

This role primarily focuses on serving clients facing a variety of mental health challenges. You will work with individuals from diverse backgrounds, including those experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and life transitions. • An active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.
• A completed Bachelor's Degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is essential, with a Master's or Doctoral degree preferred.
• Strong understanding of the diverse mental health concerns faced by individuals, with the ability to tailor assessments and interventions accordingly.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling strong connections with clients and collaboration with fellow professionals.

• A minimum of two years of direct counseling experience in an outpatient or school setting, demonstrating successful therapeutic interventions.
• Familiarity with the use of digital tools and platforms for delivering remote counseling services.
• Knowledge of mental health legislation and ethical guidelines, particularly as they pertain to client confidentiality and rights.

• Annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000, based on your level of experience and qualifications.
