This remote position allows for flexibility in scheduling while maintaining your commitment to high-quality client care. As a telehealth counselor, you will utilize electronic communication tools and platforms designed to ensure a safe and secure counseling experience. Our fully integrated electronic medical record (EMR) system facilitates seamless documentation, client progress tracking, and collaboration with colleagues across the organization.

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients to accurately determine their mental health needs, using standardized assessment tools and clinical interviews.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, considering each client's unique situation and preferences.
• Provide one-on-one counseling sessions through telehealth platforms to facilitate therapy that is both accessible and effective.
• Organize and lead group therapy sessions or family therapy sessions, allowing clients to gain support from peers and improve their coping strategies.
• Continuously monitor client progress, adjusting treatment plans and therapeutic approaches as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Maintain detailed and confidential documentation of client interactions, treatment progress, and summary reports in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Collaborate with other mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and therapists, to ensure comprehensive care and develop integrated treatment strategies.
• Engage in regular professional development through workshops, training sessions, and peer consultations to stay informed about the latest therapies and mental health innovations.

The Licensed Mental Health Counselor will serve a diverse client population, including individuals, couples, and families facing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. A strong commitment to cultural competency and the ability to tailor approaches to meet the specific needs of each client is essential for success in this role.

• A Master’s degree in mental health counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• A valid state license to practice as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) is required.
• At least two years of relevant experience in mental health counseling, with a strong focus on evidence-based practices.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate treatment goals and build rapport with clients.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a remote team setting.

• Experience in teletherapy or remote counseling settings is preferred.
• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy.
• Proficiency with electronic medical record (EMR) systems, facilitating effective documentation and communication.

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 85,000 to 95,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Benefits include:
