• Conduct thorough assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' substance abuse history and overall mental health, taking into account personal and cultural contexts.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's specific addiction issues and co-occurring mental health challenges.
• Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and motivational interviewing.
• Collaborate continuously with a multidisciplinary treatment team to ensure a cohesive approach to client care that includes referrals to support services as needed.
• Educate and empower clients' families, fostering their involvement in the recovery process and ensuring they have the necessary resources to support their loved ones.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential case records in accordance with state and federal regulations, ensuring compliance and quality of care.

Your primary focus will be on clients struggling with substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health disorders. The clients under your care may range from adolescents to adults, each facing unique challenges related to addiction. You will work to equip clients with coping strategies, resilience skills, and personal insights that contribute to empowering their recovery journey.

• Must hold a valid and active license as an LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or PsyD.
• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.

• Specialized training or substantial experience in addiction counseling or substance abuse treatment methodologies.
• Demonstrated knowledge of evidence-based practices for treating substance abuse and co-occurring disorders is preferred.
• Proficient therapeutic and counseling skills, with a proven ability to motivate and inspire clients in a challenging recovery process.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
