• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to accurately evaluate the mental health needs of clients.
• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans that align with individual client goals and therapeutic objectives.
• Provide individual, couples, and group counseling using a variety of appropriate therapeutic interventions.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure cohesive client care, advocating for clients' needs while respecting their unique circumstances.
• Maintain comprehensive and confidential client records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring a secure and respectful environment.
• Engage in regular clinical supervision, case discussions, and ongoing professional development efforts aimed at enhancing therapeutic practices.

• A valid license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of Florida.
• A master's degree in clinical mental health counseling or a closely related field from an accredited institution.
