• Conduct individual, couples, family, and group counseling sessions via telehealth platforms such as Zoom or Microsoft Teams, adapting your approach based on the participants' needs.
• Develop personalized treatment plans that align with clients' goals and review them regularly to track progress and adjust strategies as necessary.
• Guide clients in understanding and overcoming their challenges, helping them develop practical coping mechanisms and life skills through interactive exercises and tailored homework assignments.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, which may include psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals, to deliver holistic care and ensure continuity of services.
• Maintain comprehensive and confidential client records within our secure electronic health record (EHR) system, documenting client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with HIPAA regulations.

Our client base consists of individuals and families from diverse cultural backgrounds seeking support for a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, and life transitions. • A Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
• An active license to practice as a Professional Counselor in the state of Texas.
• Strong communication skills with a focus on empathetic listening and interpersonal connection.
• The ability to navigate electronic health records and telehealth platforms effectively.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and engagement in cultural competence training.

• Experience in providing teletherapy or remote counseling services is a plus.
• A background in working with adolescents and families is highly valued.
• Proficiency in specific therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR).

The salary range for this position is competitive, within the range of USD 70,000 to 90,000 annually, depending on experience and caseload. Additionally, you will have access to an unlimited number of client referrals, allowing you to build your practice without the burden of self-marketing.
