Wise Family and Parenting Counseling Services is actively seeking a dedicated and licensed professional to fill the role of a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). In this full-time remote position based in Dallas, Texas, you will play a pivotal role in providing high-quality counseling services to individuals and families facing various emotional and psychological challenges.

The position is structured as a hybrid model with the flexibility of a remote work setting. While many sessions will be conducted online, you will also have the option to work from our outpatient office in Dallas as needed. • Conduct initial assessments and evaluations to understand clients' unique mental health needs and develop customized treatment plans.
• Engage in individual, couple, and family therapy sessions, employing various therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and family systems therapy.
• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation of all client sessions, tracking progress toward their therapeutic goals in accordance with state regulations.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers and community resources to ensure clients have comprehensive support and care.
• Provide crisis intervention and support to clients when necessary, equipping them with coping strategies to manage immediate challenges.

Our services primarily cater to individuals and families experiencing a broad spectrum of issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship conflicts, parenting challenges, and trauma. You will have the opportunity to work with diverse populations, tailoring your approach to meet the varied cultural and individual needs of your clients.

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field is required.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas.
• At least 2 years of direct experience in a counseling or therapeutic role, demonstrating proficiency in clinical practices.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, necessary for building rapport with clients and working collaboratively with colleagues.
• A strong foundation in ethics and confidentiality practices, safeguarding client information at all times.

• Experience working with children and families is highly desirable, especially in navigating parenting challenges.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and remote counseling methodologies is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to adapt therapeutic techniques to a virtual setting, ensuring effective client engagement.

The salary for the Licensed Professional Counselor position ranges from $80,000 to $90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to competitive compensation, our benefits package includes:
