• Conduct thorough assessments and screenings to evaluate clients’ mental health conditions and determine personalized treatment plans that align with their specific needs and goals.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment strategies, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to facilitate progress during both individual and group therapy sessions.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers, to ensure integrated care and support for clients throughout their recovery journey.
• Educate and involve clients’ families in the treatment process, fostering a supportive network around individuals seeking help.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, adhering to all regulatory and ethical guidelines to ensure client privacy and trust.

• A current and valid mental health license such as LMFT, LMHC, LICSW, or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
