  • Partner with the VP of People and Culture to develop, execute, and continuously refine recruiting strategies aligned to business growth, workforce planning, and organizational goals.
  • Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies to build a robust pipeline of talent for short and long term needs.
  • Manage multiple searches simultaneously while maintaining a high standard of quality, urgency, and candidate experience.

  • Partner with hiring managers and leadership to understand role requirements, forecast hiring needs, define success profiles, and drive efficient hiring decisions.
  • Drive strong hiring manager engagement, accountability, and interview excellence throughout the recruiting process.
  • Ensure consistent, inclusive, and high-quality hiring experiences across the organization.

Candidate Experience & Employer Branding

  • Ensure personalized and timely engagement for all candidates throughout the hiring journey.
  • Support employer branding initiatives that strengthen PLTFRM’s presence in competitive talent markets.
  • Represent PLTFRM professionally with candidates, external partners, and at recruiting events as needed.

Recruiting Operations & Process Improvement

  • Own all recruiting data and reporting, leveraging tools like ADP, LinkedIn Recruiter, and others to its fullest capacity. Support vendor relationships as needed.
  • Track and report on recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, quality of hire, pipeline health) to drive continuous improvement.
  • Partner with the VP of People and Culture to continually establish best practices, sourcing standards, and interview standards.
  • Ensure the recruiting processes are efficient, scalable, compliant, and aligned with organizational needs.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with demonstrated success hiring across multiple functions and levels.
  • Experience in fast-paced, high growth environments; agency, CPG, retail, or sales-driven environments strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously while maintaining quality and speed.
  • Strong relationship building and stakeholder management skills with ability to influence and partner effectively across all levels of the organization.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred (or equivalent professional experience)

Preferred Experience
