Account Executive, Client Expansion  

Remote | Full-Time | Base: $25hr + uncapped commission (On Target Earnings:115k)

We are growing fast and seeking a high-performing Account Executive, Client Expansion to join our team.  

Position Summary:

The Tech-Enabled Services team partners with prospective and existing clients—across the U.S., EU, UK, Canada, and other global markets—leveraging support from international subsidiaries to navigate regulatory and compliance requirements across the food, beverage, medical device, pharmaceutical, and cosmetics industries. 

As an Account Executive, Client Expansion, you will champion Registrar Corp’s solutions while serving as a trusted advisor to our clients. You will manage a blended pipeline of inbound opportunities and existing accounts, driving revenue growth through strategic upselling and cross-selling. By building strong relationships and proactively engaging clients, you’ll help them stay ahead of evolving compliance requirements and achieve their business goals. 

Role Responsibilities:

  • Grow a portfolio of existing clients through proactive outreach, driving upsell and expanding cross-sell opportunities by introducing new services aligned to evolving client needs of existing accounts. 

  • Manage the full sales cycle for inbound leads and existing account expansion, including prospecting, outreach, presentations, and supporting contract discussions. 

  • Identify and develop potential business opportunities by qualifying and engaging prospective clients.  

  • Communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders across industries and regions.  

  • Use internal systems and tools (e.g., CRM platforms, Microsoft Office, communication software) to manage activities and interactions. 

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of U.S. and international regulatory standards and compliance requirements, including FDA regulations, across food, beverage, medical device, drug, and cosmetic industries 

Required Qualifications:

  • 3–4 years of experience in inside sales, account executive, or account management roles (or equivalent experience). 

  • Experience managing opportunities from initial engagement through close across both new business and existing client growth. 

  • Proven ability to upsell and cross-sell within existing accounts while maintaining strong client relationships. 

  • Ability to understand client needs and build relationships using a consultative approach. 

  • Experience balancing inbound lead management with proactive outbound outreach to drive pipeline and revenue. 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience navigating regulated environments or selling into compliance-driven industries (e.g., food & beverage, medical devices, cosmetics), with knowledge of relevant regulatory frameworks (e.g., FDA, ISO, GMP) 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field (or equivalent experience) 

  • Proficiency in at least one additional language (e.g., Spanish, French, Mandarin, Arabic)
