Team collaboration occurs through regular scheduled video conferences and virtual meetings to ensure active engagement with fellow clinicians and case managers.

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate mental health diagnoses, crafting tailored treatment plans that align with clinical best practices and company policies.
• Maintain an active caseload of 25 to 30 client visits per week, demonstrating excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Deliver high-quality individual, family, and group therapy sessions via telehealth, utilizing creativity and adaptability to meet the diverse needs of your clients.
• Document session notes, treatment plan updates, and case reviews in compliance with clinic protocols, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality in all records.
• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, including case managers and medical personnel, to coordinate holistic client care and address any challenges that arise.
• Engage in ongoing professional development through supervision and case consultations, enhancing your therapeutic skills and staying informed of the latest clinical advancements.

This position focuses on serving a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, couples, and families facing various challenges related to mental health and relationships. • A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field is required.
• Must possess a current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, demonstrating the ability to establish healthy boundaries with clients.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities, facilitating effective engagement with clients and team members.
• Proficient in utilizing remote therapy tools and platforms, demonstrating technology fluency that enhances client interaction.

• Familiarity with fee collection processes and insurance requirements may be beneficial.

• Annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 110,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
