We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our team at the Correctional Behavioral Health Care Clinic in Las Vegas, Nevada. This remote position allows you to utilize innovative telehealth methods while maintaining a consistent routine Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. You will be part of a culture that prioritizes autonomy and creativity, as well as encourages an authentic approach to therapy. • Conduct thorough mental health evaluations to diagnose patients accurately, developing and implementing effective treatment plans tailored to each individual’s needs.
• Maintain a dedicated caseload of 25-30 client visits weekly, providing individual, family, and group therapy through telehealth platforms.
• Deliver high-quality customer service, ensuring that clients feel valued and supported while collaborating with colleagues to enhance community mental health services.
• Engage creatively in therapy sessions, utilizing various modalities and interventions to help clients achieve and exceed their therapeutic goals.
• Document all sessions meticulously, including assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes in accordance with our clinic's policies and best practice standards.
• Coordinate care with case managers, family members, medical personnel, and other relevant stakeholders to provide comprehensive support for each client.

Your role will encompass working with a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, couples, and families facing various challenges. Many clients may have complex backgrounds requiring sensitivity and understanding, especially those involved with the correctional system or recovering from substance use disorders. Your contributions will play a vital part in improving their quality of life and fostering resilience.

• A Master's degree specifically in Marriage and Family Therapy is required.
• Current active licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of Nevada.
• Strong knowledge of family therapy principles, community service resources, and fee collection processes.
• Specific experience in creating treatment plans and completing clinical notes per industry standards.
• Proficiency in working effectively with children, adolescents, couples, and families in a therapeutic context.
• Excellent verbal and written communication capabilities, with a focus on building rapport and trust with clients.
• Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain appropriate, professional boundaries with clients.
• Comfort in working within a culturally diverse environment, adapting therapeutic approaches to meet varied client needs.
• Willingness to undergo a background check as a part of the application process.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting is preferred.
• Prior involvement with case management or collaborative therapy teams is highly desirable.
• Experience using electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation and appointment scheduling.

• An annual salary between USD 90,000 and 110,000, based on qualifications and experience, along with a robust and customizable compensation package.
