Key Responsibilities

• Delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions to clients utilizing telehealth modalities, including video conferencing and telephone counseling.
• Conducting comprehensive assessments and intakes to gather pertinent information on client histories, concerns, and treatment goals.
• Facilitating individual, group, and family therapy sessions tailored to meet the unique needs of each patient.
• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of all client interactions, assessments, and treatment plans in compliance with Federal, State, and organizational guidelines.
• Collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team to ensure holistic treatment approaches and referral services are provided to patients as necessary.
• Engaging in continuous professional development to stay current with best practices in mental health treatment and telehealth delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Remote LICSW at Healing Haven, you will work with a diverse array of clients experiencing varying degrees of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and adjustment disorders. Our patients come from multiple backgrounds, and we emphasize cultural competence and sensitivity in our service delivery. The goal is to foster a safe and supportive environment that promotes recovery and resilience.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Active and unrestricted LICSW license to practice mental health counseling.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience providing mental health counseling services in a clinical setting.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a remote environment, with at least 1 year of telehealth experience preferred.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working with a diverse client population, including different age groups and cultural backgrounds.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and telehealth platforms to facilitate seamless patient interaction and documentation.
• Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic modalities and treatment strategies specific to mental health counseling.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this role ranges from USD 100,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
