Job description

Noble House Hotels and Resorts owns, manages, or operates a portfolio of 20+ luxury, independent hotels and resorts around the country and Mexico. We are seeking a Corporate Director of Revenue Strategy who will be a part of our Corporate Sales Team.

We prefer for this role to be based in Kirkland, WA at our Corporate Office; however, we are open to it being remote in the following states: Washington, South Carolina, Nevada, Texas, Colorado, Louisiana, Virginia, or Florida.

The Job:

The Corporate Director of Revenue Strategy maximizes overall hotel revenue and profitability through portfolio-level oversight of transient, group, wholesale, package, OTA, GDS, metasearch, and direct channel strategies. This position leads effective pricing, inventory, segmentation, channel mix, and distribution strategies based on future demand forecasts, market intelligence, and pace pickup.

Monitor all distribution channels to ensure effective selling through inventory management, market mix, and pricing. Communicate demand patterns to the revenue team and assist with forecasting. Set strategies leading to increased market share.

Requirements
  • 7+ years of progressive revenue management experience, including multi-property, area, regional, or corporate-level responsibility.
  • Previous experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in luxury, upper upscale, resort, full-service, or 4-star hotel environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead revenue strategy across transient, group, wholesale, package, loyalty, OTA, GDS, metasearch, and direct channels.
  • Experience with systems such as SynXis, Infor HMS, Opera, Duetto, TravelClick, Demand360.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills. Ability to adapt communication style to suit different audiences, such as effectively communicating with supervisors, coworkers, public, etc. Bachelor's Degree in Hotel Administration, Business, Statistics, Marketing, Finance, or a relevant field of work preferred.
  • In-depth understanding of tools- spreadsheets, statistical methods for analyzing data.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to identify relevant data and use it to draw inferences with reference to impact on hotel's revenues.
  • Knowledge of hotel operations, including marketing plans, security and safety programs, personnel and labor relations, preparation of business plans, repairs, maintenance, budget forecasting, quality assurance programs, hospitality law, and long-range planning.
  • Ability to use PMS, reservation and revenue management systems to forecast and implement optimal strategies.
