• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to understand each patient's unique situation and create personalized treatment plans based on best practices and solution-based methodologies.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation while ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and ethical standards.

This role primarily focuses on diverse patient populations dealing with end-of-life care, mental health challenges, and emotional distress. You will engage with individuals and families, offering validation, support, and effective therapeutic techniques that address their unique situations. Your contribution will be vital in helping patients achieve emotional stability and comfort during a critical period in their lives.

• You must possess a Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A valid LICSW license in the state of Massachusetts is required.

• A minimum of two years of professional clinical experience specializing in psychotherapy.

• Proven proficiency in employing solution-based psychotherapy interventions with a diverse clientele.

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential for effective patient interactions and team collaboration.
