Our practice utilizes an efficient billing service to manage claims and receivables, enabling you to focus on what matters most—effective therapy delivery. • Provide individualized therapy sessions to clients across various demographics, including adults and couples, addressing their unique mental health needs.
• Maintain detailed and timely documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes within our electronic medical records (EMR) system.
• Schedule and manage ongoing therapy appointments, ensuring an organized calendar and adherence to client needs and preferences.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic models and maintain adherence to ethical standards in all interactions.
• Collaborate with other mental health professionals and community organizations, enhancing the network of support available to clients.

The client population at Cornerstone encompasses individuals of all ages, with varying mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma. • A bachelor’s degree in Clinical Psychology, Social Work, or related field, with an active LCSW license to practice independently.
• Demonstrated professionalism, strong therapeutic boundaries, and cultural competency.
• Possession of excellent self-management and organisational skills to effectively handle a caseload.
• Ability to engage professionally with clients, prioritizing their therapeutic needs and well-being.

• Experience with couples therapy and related training will be highly regarded.
• A history of working with diverse populations and providing culturally-informed care.
• An eagerness for continuing professional development and a desire to refine therapeutic techniques.

The salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience. As a W2 employee, you will enjoy a competitive compensation package which includes:
