Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health needs, utilizing evidence-based methodologies.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that align with therapeutic goals to promote personal growth and well-being.
• Provide ongoing individual therapy sessions using tailored techniques and interventions while continuously monitoring client progress.
• Engage in regular supervision and consultation to enhance clinical skills and stay current with best practices in the field.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Archway Counseling Center, you will work with a diverse array of clients, including adults, children, and adolescents. Qualifications

• Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field, from an accredited institution.
• Current, valid licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Arizona.

• Minimum of two years of experience providing therapy services, with proficiency in managing diverse client needs.

Preferred Experience
