Work Environment

As a remote position, the Licensed Professional Counselor role offers our staff the flexibility to create an optimal work-life balance. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct individual, couple, family, and group counseling sessions tailored to the unique needs of each client.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that align with clients' goals and therapeutic needs, utilizing evidence-based practices.
• Offer therapeutic support and practical strategies to assist clients in overcoming challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals, to coordinate comprehensive care and ensure clients receive the best treatment possible.
• Maintain accurate and thorough clinical documentation and progress notes in compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational standards.
• Stay informed on the latest counseling techniques, mental health developments, and regulatory changes to provide cutting-edge care.

Qualifications

• A master's degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field is required.
• A valid license as a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of New Jersey.

Compensation and Benefits

This role offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
